With thirty three years of hands-on experience in the construction industry and eleven years experience as a property inspector, Chris has the technical knowledge to perform a thorough and professional inspection for you. He has completed over 2400 inspections since establishing Inspection Masters in 1998. Chris is a licensed master electrician, and a factory-trained heating and air conditioning technician.
A sixteen-page written report is provided to you upon completion of the property inspection. The "Matrix" report includes over three hundred items and exceeds the ASHI Standards of Practice. Chris also adheres to the Code of Ethics as prescribed by ASHI.
Chris will not only identify items found, he will also recommend the appropriate repairs and can refer you to vendors in your area. This reduces the guesswork and stress involved in the property buying process.
During the course of your inspection you will be shown where your main electrical, water, and gas shut-offs are located. By the end of the inspection you will be familiar with all of your mechanical and electrical appliances, and you'll be ready to move into your new home.
